Welcome to Phoenix Rising Counseling Services
Through the use of an individually tailored eclectic therapy approach, you can learn coping and resiliency tools to assist you in making positive change.
The human spirit is an amazing thing. Like the Phoenix, we are capable of rising from the ashes as our past is burnt away and stepping into a new future. This can be accomplished by changing our point of view; how we think determines our behavior.
Through the use of an individually tailored eclectic therapy approach, you can learn coping and resiliency tools to assist you in making positive change. It starts by letting go of our past negative, harmful thoughts and replace them with new positive, healthy thinking. As our perception changes, we create positive change to reach our goals. Let me join you in your journey.
Our Services
I will support you as you edit and burn the ugly and damaged parts to reveal the rose which is hidden within.
I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental, collaborative, confidential counseling experience in which you can explore your past from a new point of view.
There will always be times when navigating relationships is difficult, but it's worth it to put in the time and effort needed to build a healthy, stable partnership.

A cancellation refers to when a client contacts their therapist in advance to cancel their psychotherapy appointment. A late cancellation refers to when a client cancels the appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.
A no show refers to when the client doesn’t show for their psychotherapy appointment, without giving their therapist advance notice.
There is no charge when a client cancels their appointment more than 24 hours in advance.
A therapist’s time is valuable and the therapist specifically sets aside time to meet with the client. It is my practice to waive the fee for the first late cancellation or no-show. The next and following late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
